Kundalini rising up the shushumna pathway
There is a lateral marriage to another person on this plane, and there is a vertical marriage, which unites this plane to another plane- the Christ realm. This is when the inner power, the kundalini snake, rises and grows wings, and flies, and so ceases to writhe upon the horizontal floor, for the soul is redeemed whose will seeks its own perfection.
The important thing is not necessarily to intentionally cause your kundalini to rise, but instead to concentrate on keeping your shushumna open. The shushumna is the pathway within which the kundalini rises. If it is not kept clear, the kundalini snake cannot rise. If it is kept clear, the kundalini will rise of its own accord, given that one is peaceful, attentive, and generally close to the earth, or at least intimate with their own body, for a long period of time, perhaps months.
There is no singular method for the kundalini to rise. Every stage of a spiritual transformation is absolutely individual, and therefore no two people will ever walk the same journey. And yet, all will eventually arrive at the same home within.

It is only after the kundalini rises and takes wing that the energy of the Kingdom, of God, can pour down through the shushumna, into all of matter. The flow has shifted; the ocean now pours into the streams. The all has become the source.
