On ascension and heart chakra palpitations from the unpublished notebooks of Jack Haas
The cross is the inner union of Heaven and Earth united by the vertical axis, and male and female united by the horizontal axis. The whole self is where these four unite. This core is the undivided one, no longer in the shape of a cross, but instead a glowing, pulsating, energetic orb.
You float as a Creator within Creation.
To fervently love this realm, and to fervently love God, is to unite the two together, into one, and so to interpenetrate Heaven and Earth, and thus redeem this divided world into Love. Amen.
Everything is born out of the non-dual Source. To return from exile in Babylon- the realm of duality and drama- back into the Mother/Father Source which is one within you, is to awaken in the undivided Edenic state, and to live in peace and faith, and to know that everything is as it should be, and everything is for the best.
Opening up the blocks, and letting the chi flow free in your body, lessens the divide between spirit and flesh, for the common ground of chi, or energy, is the wedding chamber of spirit and flesh.
The tiny black and white specks seen when you close your eyes betray the digitalized, unsolid nature of existence (ie. a solid is merely sol- the light from the sun- coalesced into a denser vibration). Physics shows that all things are made up of tiny specks, of megapixels, but mostly things are made of space. Etherealization is the transformation into a new construct from the constituent elements. All is transfigured into Eden.
The spirit is so scared of being trapped, and the flesh is so scared of being abandoned, that these two rarely unite within a person.
The snake is a citizen of Eden. God allows the snake to inhabit Eden.

Later, my fractal began with a heart shape, and ended as a spinning union, seen later in meditation
Then reading new age info online which spoke of the heart chakra opening and the palpitations.
